Rooms can feel a bit cramped, especially the Superior Single Room, where I found the temperature control underwhelming and had to switch off the heating completely for comfort. Additionally, I noticed some inconsistency in housekeeping, as certain areas outside my room didn’t seem as well-maintained, leading to a less than perfect overall experience.

I loved that it was just a short 10-minute walk to the stunning Piazza del Duomo and equally close to the artsy Brera district filled with galleries and charming cafes, making every city stroll so enjoyable and convenient during my stay, and the modern, stylish vibe of the room was just perfect for a relaxing evening after a day of exploring. although it would have been nice to have an electric kettle in my room for that morning coffee, but they kindly provided one upon request.

The Superior Double Room was super spacious and bright, which was a nice surprise! The marble flooring added a touch of elegance. Loved the comfy air conditioning and the mini-bar stocked with soft drinks. On the downside, the soundproofing wasn't great. you could hear guests chatting in the hallway at night. But overall, the room was very clean and had enough space to relax after exploring Milan.
